Job Description

The Position:

Organon is seeking a motivated HR Trainee to join our team and contribute to various HR functions. As an HR Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Responsabilities:

  • Onboarding Preparation and Materials: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires by preparing materials and organizing orientation sessions to ensure a smooth start for our new team members.

  • Offboarding Topics: Manage administrative responsibilities related to offboarding, ensuring a respectful and efficient transition.

  • HR Policies Development: Collaborate in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures, helping to maintain consistency and clarity across the organization.

  • Employee Experience: Propose initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

  • Training and Development Activities: Assist in planning and coordinating training and development events that foster growth and collaboration.

  • Research on HR Best Practices: Conduct research on HR trends and policies, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

  • Internal Communication Support: Draft internal communications such as updates regarding HR policies and initiatives to keep our team informed and aligned.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Fluency in English

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
