Leidos is seeking a Human Resources Project Manager to work remotely in support of the Civil Rights Division in Washington, DC. This is a senior level position and is responsible for coordinating all technical aspects and assisting with strategic and legal aspects for all assigned projects and matters involving Human Resources. Please note: this position can be remote but will require travel to the customer site; therefore, only candidates within the D.C. Area will be considered.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage and perform entry and review of SF-52 and SF-50 actions in HR systems; ensuring actions are properly documented, coded, and routed.
Generating, reviewing, and reconciling HR reports related to staffing, payroll, and performance management with Senior Government HR staff
Perform quarterly audits.
Maintain electronic Official Personnel Folders (eOPFs) and HR share drives
Ensuring compliance with recordkeeping and confidentiality requirements.
Management and track incoming and outgoing HR actions
Maintain database for correspondence, performance plans, and awards.
Maintain database for recruitments.
Meet routinely with Senior Government HR Staff to resolve complete matters.
Generate Provide: weekly and monthly status reports
Basic Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 8+ years of experience.
At least four years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with Government staff.
Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical tasks within the deadline.
Requires outstanding writing skills; excellent oral communication skills; and excellent management skills.
Requires knowledge of high level HR Services.
Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Please be aware that while our salary range is wide, our program-specific salary is going to be around $100,000.
