As a Project Manager on our People Team, you'll join an incredible group working together to build innovative experiences for everyone at our company. By collaborating with key stakeholders with, you'll shape how work gets prioritized, structured, and delivered. You’ll go beyond managing timelines— bringing clarity to complex initiatives, driving alignment across teams, and influencing outcomes. Using strong communication and a proactive approach, you'll lead highly visible programs that impact the growth and development of our organization.


What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define priorities, shape scope, and establish ownership across initiatives that support our People Team goals.

  • Bring structure to complex, fast-moving initiatives by shaping plans, identifying risks early, and driving work through to completion.

  • Provide clear, consistent updates on status, risks, and next steps to maintain alignment and momentum across teams.

  • Lead cross-functional coordination by connecting teams, surfacing gaps, and ensuring collaboration points are intentional and effective.

  • Work with team members to identify, define, and document best practices, continuously improving how work is executed and scaled.


What You’ll Bring

  • At least 4 years of project management experience supporting Human Resources or the People function, including coordinating cross-functional initiatives and working with multiple stakeholders.

  • A customer-centric focus for building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders across multiple teams.

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, with a focus on driving alignment, not just tracking execution.

  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Expertise in scoping initiatives and developing structured project plans, while adapting to changing priorities.

  • A proactive approach, turning ideas into action and navigating ambiguity with confidence.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, visibility, and ownership are critical to success.

Join Our Team

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 90,600.00 USD - 113,300.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
