Are you an HR professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working with teams around the world? Join our Global People Services & Solutions team as a Human Resources Analyst, where your work will directly support employees and leaders across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

This role offers the chance to deepen your HR expertise, gain exposure to international HR practices, and contribute to a high‑performing, continuously evolving People Team environment—all while being part of a collaborative, motivated, and supportive team.

What You Will Do

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering seamless employee experience by supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle. Your work will combine operational excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement.

  • Process and manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities, including hiring, changes, payroll inputs, benefits, compensation updates, and terminations.
  • Support Talent Acquisition and People Business leaders by managing key operational aspects of the onboarding process, including background screenings, employee contract preparation, and new‑hire communications.
  • Serve as a trusted first point of contact for HR‑related questions from employees, People Business Leaders, and internal stakeholders. Establish strong relationships and an understanding of PGIM & Prudential business culture.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across integrated HR, payroll, benefits, vendor, and regulatory systems.
  • Partner closely with colleagues across Europe and globally to support HR operations and understand regional employment practices, regulations, and requirements.
  • Proactively identify process gaps and inefficiencies, assess and mitigate risks, research solutions, and implement best‑practice improvements in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Handle sensitive and complex cases with judgment, discretion, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Contribute to cross‑team initiatives, special projects, and system testing as needed.

What You Will Bring

You’re a detail‑oriented HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, global setting and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in HR operations or HR process roles within a global or multinational organization.
  • Strong hands‑on experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities and understanding payroll and benefits processes.
  • A process‑driven mindset with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • The ability to independently manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • High levels of integrity, judgment, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Experience working in a regulated or financial services environment.
  • Exposure to HR practices across multiple countries or regions, particularly within Europe.
  • Experience using Workday HCM and Talent Acquisition modules, and ServiceNow or other case management system.
  • HR project support, system implementation, or testing experience.
  • Western European language skills.
