The Boeing Company’s Enterprise Technology & Innovation Human Resources organization is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team in Everett, WA or Seattle, WA.

As a Human Resources manager, you will be at the forefront of key engineering-wide strategies to drive our business forward. You’ll be joining a growing team of passionate HR professionals and leaders working to support the best aerospace engineers in the world!

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Human Resources Business Partners in support of cross-functional program leadership teams.
  • Partner closely with leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities, driving employee engagement and organizational performance.
  • Support and execute key HR processes including performance management, employee movement, talent planning, and workforce development.
  • Use data and people metrics to identify trends and inform decisions that enhance employee experience and business results.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive culture by advising on employee and labor relations matters, change management, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deploy solutions in areas such as compensation, labor relations, and training.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve communication, recognition, and leadership capability across supported teams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies while promoting a culture of accountability and trust.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with senior leaders across functions
  • 5+ years of experience creating and executing business initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
  • Experience influencing other leaders to achieve business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • SHRM, PHR, or SPHR certification
  • Experience in operational workforce planning
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change and geographically dispersed populations
  • Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Summary pay range: $127,500 - $172,500
