We are looking for an HR Lead to join our Global HR team, based in Singapore and overseeing our markets in JAPAC. This role is both strategic and hands-on, partnering with business leaders to shape our people strategy locally while ensuring a high-quality, consistent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
You will play a key role in helping our business navigate growth, organizational change, workforce planning, and people development. You’ll support leaders and teams through our core HR processes while keeping us aligned with global ways of working and compliant with local regulations. As part of a global HR community, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Employment Legal, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and other partners to deliver a world-class people experience. This position will be on a 9-month contract.
