Job Description:

Purpose:

In this HR Generalist role, you will serve as the primary HR contact for the Engineering divisions, driving HR processes in Workday and related systems while delivering proactive support. You will support the full employee lifecycle from creating positions and processing hires, promotions, and compensation updates to partnering with hiring managers on job requisitions, offers, and candidate qualifications. You will ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new employees, build strong relationships across teams, provide hands-on guidance and training, troubleshooting issues, and uphold compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, collaborate with stakeholders, and elevate HR service delivery across the organization.

Qualifications* 

We are recruiting for a level I or II Human Resources Generalist to join the Engineering Human Resources office. 

Minimum qualifications for a Human Resources Generalist I: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum qualifications for a Human Resources Generalist II: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and one year of related experience.
