Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Engineerin, Human Resources, or related.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.

  • Advanced English level (oral and written).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.

ACTIVITIES:

  • Support the full recruitment cycle for new employees, including drafting job postings, conducting interviews, and preparing employment contracts.

  • Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate and execute onboarding activities to ensure an effective and smooth integration experience for new hires.

  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions or development programs.

  • Support logistics for internal and external training initiatives.

  • Track and maintain training records to ensure compliance and continuous development.

  • Assist in maintaining updated compensation data and ensuring consistency with company guidelines.

  • Employee data management on the Fronius HR Management Software

  • Coordinate health and safety programs.

  • Drive physical and emotional well-being initiatives

  • Support of the subsidiary’s Management regarding HR topics

  • Contribution in HR projects and HR process design
