Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Engineerin, Human Resources, or related.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
Advanced English level (oral and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
Support the full recruitment cycle for new employees, including drafting job postings, conducting interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate and execute onboarding activities to ensure an effective and smooth integration experience for new hires.
Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions or development programs.
Support logistics for internal and external training initiatives.
Track and maintain training records to ensure compliance and continuous development.
Assist in maintaining updated compensation data and ensuring consistency with company guidelines.
Employee data management on the Fronius HR Management Software
Coordinate health and safety programs.
Drive physical and emotional well-being initiatives
Support of the subsidiary’s Management regarding HR topics
Contribution in HR projects and HR process design
