OpenTable is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Hyrbid - Toronto.) You will be responsible for recruiting fresh talent for departments including Commercial Partnerships, AdTech, Sales and Services, Engineering, Marketing, Finance & Accounting. You are a driven self-starter who is deeply passionate about candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, and being a key resource for the business.
In this role you will:
- Handle full cycle recruitment responsibilities (source, screen, evaluate and recommend candidates on an ongoing basis)
- Attract the best talent to OpenTable and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, online databases, social media, employee referrals, and other creative programs while accurately tracking progress through our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Be a brand ambassador by building and maintaining the OpenTable employment brands
- Constantly build positive relationships with employees across the business and functions
- Pipeline talent for future roles
- Help craft and maintain tracking metrics for recruiting
Please apply if:
- You have 5 or more years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment including prioritizing and leading multiple searches (Experience with digital roles a plus)
- Fluency in English required
- Have a demonstrable track record as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
- Have the ability to work autonomously with a sense of urgency
- Have the ability to communicate, interact, and negotiate with a variety of internal clients and external candidates
- You have adaptability and flexibility in the workplace.
- You are creative, results oriented, focused on building positive relationships
- You are local to the Toronto area and able to commute into the office 3 days/week

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this Canada located role is $85,000- $95,000 CAD.
We offer a competitive base salary and benefits including: health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave benefits. This role is eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.
