What you will be doing:
As a FedEx Human Resources Coordinator (Standard or Senior), you will support our internal and external customers with administrative HR processes in accordance with local labour laws. You ensure that our HR administration is kept up to date in both internal and external systems. The role will be responsible for the Nordics region.
Because our HR organization is in transition, we are also working on standardization and automation of the most important HR processes. This means that in addition to providing support in the implementation of the defined HR processes, you also participate as a subject matter expert in implementation projects to influence the outcome and ensure that workable solutions are defined and implemented. You will be responsible for completing processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. You identify deviations when they occur and you make judgments based on rules and procedures to resolve them.

- Experience in the analysis, creation and explanation of process flows.
- Knowledge of common HR systems within FedEx such as Workday and Purple Gateway.
- Knowledge and experience in handling personal data.
- Some experience in HR (operational) processes.
- Fluent in Danish/Swedish and English (minimum B2 level)
