Job Summary: This is a full-time position with the Human Resources Office at the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, D.C. Major Duties:
Qualifications: Specialized Human Resources experience is defined as progressively responsible experience in at least one but preferably two or more functional areas of Human Resources administration (e.g., benefits, retirement, payroll, timekeeping, staffing, classification, and employee relations) that provided knowledge of the rules, regulations, and terminology of the area of Human Resources administration. To qualify for the SCP-9, the applicant must meet the educational requirement or have two years of specialized Human Resources experience. To qualify for the SCP-11, the applicant must have at least three years of Human Resources specialized experience, with at least one year of specialized work experience equivalent to working at the SCP-9 grade level in the Human Resources field. To qualify for the SCP-12, the applicant must have at least four years of Human Resources specialized experience with at least one year of experience equivalent to working at the SCP-11 grade level in Human Resources.
