POSITION SUMMARY
As our new HRBP, you are an experienced HR professional with deep expertise in HR systems and a passion for creating seamless, people-first processes. You understand how critical strong HRIS foundations and transparent processes are to delivering an exceptional employee experience, especially in a complex, seasonal business.
The organization is in a period of transition and growth, and this role offers a rare opportunity to help shape how Employee Experience (EE) is delivered for the next business growth. You will be a key contributor in building scalable HR systems, optimizing Workday, and ensuring data integrity, while still being closely connected to the day-to-day employee lifecycle.
This is not an entry-level HR role, nor a short-term steppingstone. We value continuity, expertise, accountability and ownership. This role is designed for someone who wants to be a trusted HR systems specialist, who is constantly learning, improving, proactively communicating, and contributing for the team, the organization and yourself.
As a highly seasonal organization, our success depends on our people. The Employee Experience team exists to ensure our team members are supported, enabled, and set up to deliver an outstanding experience every day.
