We are seeking a passionate and experienced full-time HR Assistant to join our Employee Labor Relations Department! We are looking for individuals who are organized and who thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will support HR Directors across our Enterprise along with supporting Clinician Relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to the Employee Labor Relations Team along with assisting with Clinician Relations.

  • Manage FTE changes and terminations for clinicians as direct by our Executive Committee

  • Assist the Senior Consultant of Clinician Relations with clinicians matters, file requests, and documentation.

  • Collaborate closely with our Medical Staff Recruitment department on needs

  • Performs administrative tasks and delivers customer service excellence through daily interactions.

  • Extends scheduling support through virtual (MS Teams) and physical space allocation.

  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail in creating documents, meeting minutes, and entry into HR information system.

  • Properly handles sensitive information and follows confidential file procedures and records retention practices.

  • Performs other job-related responsibilities as requested

What You'll Need:

  • Associate degree in Human Resources or a business-related field

  • 1 year of relevant experience in an office or administrative setting

  • 2 years of previous experience in a Human Resources support role preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Detail Oriented and strong problem-solving skills

What's Available:

  • Full time, 40 hours week

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday days typically 8:00am-4:30pm

  • Onsite: La Crosse, WI Front Street Office
