About the Role

Responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions and provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business operations, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company standards.

Human Resources Management

  • Execute the full spectrum of HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, compensation & benefits administration, performance management.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and licenses for regulated roles.
  • Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, Policies and Guidelines, and Contracts of Employment.
  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, attrition) and support workforce planning.
  • Provide first-level support for employee queries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a safe and open environment.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs and employee engagement activities.

Business & Operations Support

  • Support the Business & Operations Manager in implementing operational workflows, SOPs, centre-wide communications and service standards.
  • Perform vendor and contract administration for HR services and all other centre-related needs.
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies, uniforms, and operational materials.
  • Manage administrative tasks for operational readiness, including IT account setups, facilities coordination, and documentation.
  • Work closely with clinical, finance, and operations teams to support centre-wide initiatives.
  • Contribute to projects related to business setup, service quality, and operational scaling.

Data & Reporting

  • Compile and analyze HR and operational data to provide insights for business decisions.
  • Support budget and headcount reporting in collaboration with Finance.
  • Track operational KPIs related to HR and administrative functions.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, operational SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Others

  • Perform any other tasks are assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • More than 3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or service operations.
  • Familiarity with Singapore labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to maintain positive relationships.
