Overview
As a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, you will:
- Lead and Inspire: Motivate and develop a team of recruiters across regions, fostering collaboration, agility, and a culture of excellence.
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to align TA strategies with business priorities, ensuring we anticipate future talent needs.
- Build Capabilities: Elevate recruiter skills in business acumen, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Drive Innovation: Research and implement modern sourcing strategies, leveraging technology, analytics, and employer branding to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
- Champion DEI: Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into every stage of the hiring process.
- Data & Insights: Oversee reporting and analytics to forecast hiring trends, measure performance, and inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with People Ops, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Communications to deliver a seamless candidate experience and amplify our talent brand

- 3–5+ years in a TA leadership role managing recruiters and partnering with senior executives.
- 10+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of meeting hiring goals while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Strong ability to lead through influence, build trust quickly, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Experience driving large-scale, business-critical initiatives with measurable impact.
- Skilled in leveraging data and technology to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global, matrixed environments.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing business landscape.
