About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Consultant to support client’s marketing team by configuring custom CRM properties, building workflows, and enabling automated outreach based on enriched retailer and distributor data.

An internal AI agent scrapes and enriches business records. Your role will be to operationalize this data inside HubSpot so marketing and sales can run targeted, automated campaigns and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and configure HubSpot CRM data structure, including custom properties and objects aligned to retailer/distributor data
  • Build segmentation logic and dynamic lists based on product focus, geography, license status, and other business attributes
  • Create and optimize HubSpot workflows for automated outreach and lifecycle campaigns
  • Ensure data flows support lead routing, campaign personalization, and reporting
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement templates using dynamic content fields
  • Set up dashboards and reporting for marketing performance and segmentation insights
  • Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
  • Proven experience creating custom properties, objects, lists, and automation workflows
  • Strong understanding of CRM data architecture and marketing automation logic
  • Experience integrating external data into HubSpot
  • Ability to translate business requirements into HubSpot configuration
  • Familiarity with segmentation, campaign setup, and personalized content tokens
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with enriched/scraped data sets
  • Previous exposure to AI-assisted lead enrichment or data intelligence tools
  • Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or custom API scripts (Python/JS)

Engagement Details

  • Part-time or project-based engagement initially, with opportunity to extend
  • Remote work with flexible hours
