The opportunity

How you’ll make an impact
1. You will involve in continually challenge conventional thinking and drive accountability for site or functional results and deployment.
2. You will serve as change agent with the site leadership team and site employees, will lead site pre-analysis that includes base-lining operational and financial measurements.
3. You will be responsible for preparing, deploying and monitoring leading operating model / Lighthouse deployment at a site.
4. You will lead and facilitate site communication, education and training and coach & mentor continuous improvement specialists within the business area, also will teach continues improvement thinking & leads many Kaizen events daily.
5. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
6. Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
1. You hold bachelor’s degree.
2. Required 10+ years of experience in areas such as industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, operation management, quality and process improvements.
3. Experience in challenging conventional thinking, approach and methodology and driving improvements.
4. Experience working with one of the following: Toyota Production System, Schneider Production system, Danaher Business System, Honeywell Operating System or similar.
5. Rich practical work experience of lean manufacturing and six sigma strategies and principles, conducting cycles of learning & kaizen events.
6. Developing strategy and translating into actionable plans & driving sustainable change through influence.
7. Track record of delivering breakthrough results impacting the bottom line, leading teams through influence without authority.
8. Strong communication skill.
