  • Conduct gap analysis and deliver remediation and uplift activities for the MSS Integrated Management System (IMS)

  • Execute internal audit and assurance activities to support audit readiness and closure of compliance gaps

  • Develop and implement practical processes and controls across the business to embed sustainable compliance practices

About the role

MSS Security is looking for a Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSEQ) Systems Specialist to provide for hands-on support of the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the MSS Integrated Management System (IMS). With a focus on system uplift and audit readiness, this role works closely with operational and support teams to translate ISO requirements into practical business processes and support ongoing audit readiness.

This is a fixed term position based in our state of the art Parramatta offices, where your duties include and are not limited to:

  • Conduct gap analysis and update policies, procedures and registers to align with ISO requirements

  • Plan and conduct internal audits and track corrective actions to completion

  • Verify effectiveness of implemented corrective actions and controls

  • Prepare documentation and evidence for certification and surveillance audits

  • Work with internal teams to implement practical and compliant processes and controls

  • Maintain controlled documentation and compliance records within the IMS framework

Skills & experience

  • Experience working within ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems

  • Experience conducting internal audits and managing corrective actions

  • Ability to translate standards into practical operational processes

  • Strong documentation and structured problem-solving capability

  • Ability to work with operational teams to implement change

  • Experience in service-based, facilities, security or operational environments (desirable)

  • Full Australian working rights

  • Willing to undergo a National Police check and other pre-employment checks
