Under the supervision of the HR People Services Operations Lead, the HRSC Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for the administration, coordination, and support of employee compensation and benefits programs across North America and Europe regions. As part of the HR Operations under Global Business Services (GBS), this role delivers operational compensation and benefits support through case management, system transactions, vendor coordination, reporting, and employee communications, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regional requirements.

Competencies:
  • HR or Shared Services experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications
  • Experience in using Workday and HRSD ServiceNow is an advantage
  • Preferably with Compensation and Benefits experience
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and task management skills
  • Adapts quickly, learns systems, handles pressure, and solves problems proactively
  • Collaborates well, seeks improvements, and understands business impact and priorities

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs such as leave of absence management, benefits enrollment, mid-year changes due to qualifying life events, coverage cancellation, annual open enrollment activities, compensation plan adjustments, etc.
  • Collaborate with Compensation and Benefits partners on key initiatives
  • Responsible for meeting agreed individual Service Level Agreement and key performance indicators, mutually agreed with direct supervisor
  • Ensure process documentations /job aids are in place and updated for assigned processes
  • Track, log, monitor and report transactions through transaction log in SharePoint and ensure trackers are up to date in a timely manner
  • Deliver assigned functional services with accuracy and timeliness
  • Develop, review, and update FAQs as needed
  • Promotes and adheres to Company’s commitment on corporate social responsibility.
  • Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig
  • Willing to work in Night shift

Education and Experience

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree. Preferably HR or IS related degree or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
