  • Define testing cycles, entry and exit criteria, and coordinate scheduling and resourcing across project teams
  • Prepare and maintain test scenarios, test scripts, and data requirements across HR processes and integrations
  • Lead execution of test cycles, including coordination between HR, IT, SI, and third-party systems
  • Track defects, manage resolution across technical and functional stakeholders, and ensure timely closure

  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between HR, IT, the System Integrator, and all third-party system owners
  • Lead recurring sync meetings, manage cross-team dependencies, and drive decision-making to keep deliverables on track
  • Ensure alignment of integrations, testing, and cutover activities with the overall program plan
  • Provide clear communication and documentation to stakeholders at all levels

Have you got what it takes?

  • At least 5 years of experience implementing HR systems, with direct ownership of integrations and testing workstreams
