The HRIS Associate Manager is a critical member of the Global HRIS team, serving as a key individual contributor responsible for configuring and implementing SC Johnson’s HR technology platforms, including Workday, ServiceNow, and other integrated tools. This role requires strong technical expertise, effective cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.ABOUT THE ROLE
The HRIS Associate Manager is a key member of the Global HRIS team, responsible for configuring and supporting SC Johnson’s HR technology platforms, including Workday, ServiceNow, and other integrated tools. This role requires strong technical skills and close collaboration with stakeholders across multiple regions to deliver reliable solutions that meet business needs.
This position supports global HRIS initiatives, leads assigned workstreams, and ensures high-quality, scalable solutions. It is a global role requiring collaboration across North America and EMEA time zones.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Permanent, full-time employment
Onsite work setup (M-F) for 3 months; 1 day remote per week after 3 months (4x office + 1 day remote/week)
Dayshift or midshift (flexible working hours); flexible to work in EMEA and US time zone if necessary
This role is not eligible for relocation
