Job description 

Reporting to the HR Manager EEG (Poland, Serbia, Lithuania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Greece), this role can be based in our production site in Olesnica or our IT Hub in Wroclaw

Responsibilities

  • ​Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing day‑to‑day HR questions and concerns.
  • ​Ensure consistent, efficient execution of core HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, probation, HR documentation, etc.).
  • ​Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • ​Provide first line HR guidance to managers on topics such as performance, employee relations, development needs, and team dynamics.
  • ​​Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • ​Participate in screening interviews and candidate assessments.
  • ​​Contribute to local and EMEA HR initiatives, including culture, engagement, digital tools, DEI, talent management, and change management projects.  
  • ​​Ensure adherence to local labor laws, Group and EMEA HR policies, and internal governance standards. 

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Law, Social Sciences, Business Administration or any other relevant field
  • Experience working in an HR environment within an international or multicountry context
  • Solid understanding of HR, Payroll and Legal fundamentals
  • Proven HR generalist experience: performance management, reward & recognition, employee relations, HR operations, recruitment
  • Experience with ATS (Workday is a strong plus) to support automation, standardization and troubleshooting with the AMS team
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement, digitalization and process simplification
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • High level of ownership, adaptability and a proactive mindset
  • Fluent in Polish and English – any additional Eastern European language (Hungarian, Serbian, Bulgarian) is a plus.
