Job Description:

To successfully introduce AI augmentation within HR, it is essential to enhance and optimize existing processes, which will accelerate the adoption of new technologies while removing operational barriers, enabling advisors to dedicate more time to meaningful human interactions.

By strategically streamlining HR workflows and minimizing friction points, the Product Manager will help create an environment where automation and AI solutions effectively complement the expertise of HR advisors. This approach not only supports the efficient implementation of intelligent systems but also ensures that routine inquiries are handled seamlessly by AI, allowing advisors to focus on more complex and people-centric matters.

As these enhancements are integrated, the focus remains to balance technological advancement with the need for genuine human connection, ultimately elevating both the efficiency and quality of HR services.

The Role

Continuously improve AI performance, expand automation coverage, and ensure AI remains scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.

People Care will be the pilot case for AI integration, but this project manager will ensure AI is implemented in the entire CFHR & PC organization.

In addition, the Product Manager will drive the strategic expansion of AI applications across the broader CFHR & PC organization, leveraging insights from the People Care pilot to refine and scale solutions. Through ongoing evaluation and enhancement of AI systems, the role will proactively identify new opportunities for automation, adapt capabilities to evolving business requirements, and uphold standards of reliability and compliance. This forward-thinking approach ensures that as AI transforms HR processes, its integration remains responsive to organizational goals and workforce needs, positioning the company at the forefront of innovation in employee services.

How you will make your mark

 

  • Monitor AI accuracy, latency, error patterns, and operational impact

  • Define training data priorities

  •  Identify opportunities for new automations and process expansion

  • KPI definition (Rework rate, corrections, precision, recall, etc.)

  • Run analysis for AI output issues or glitches

  • Conduct model feedback cycles aligned with HR volume trends

Building on these responsibilities, the Product Manager will also foster a culture of continuous improvement through iterative monitoring and refinement of AI-driven processes. By leveraging data-driven insights from accuracy, latency, and operational impact analyses, the role will proactively adapt workflows to address evolving HR needs and drive measurable improvements. Emphasis will be placed on identifying and prioritizing training data enhancements, expanding automation coverage, and defining KPIs that reflect the quality and reliability of AI outputs.

The Product Manager will help ensure that AI solutions remain resilient and responsive through targeted investigations of error patterns and feedback cycles that correspond to HR service volumes. This commitment to rigorous analysis and strategic optimization will lay the foundation for efficient escalation strategies and seamless integration of automation within the broader HR ecosystem, supporting the organization's vision of empowering people through technology.

About you:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.

  • Typically, 4-8 years of related experience in HR Tech project management, process optimization, and collaboration with multidisciplinary functional teams.

  • Participation or collaboration on AI / Automation use cases – HR, Workforce, and Business outcomes.

  • Ability to communicate AI concepts to non-technical HR partners.

  • Experience in automation solutions.

  • Experience in process standardization and optimization.

  • Experience managing projects related to HPE global programs and partnering with designated program leads.

  • Able to understand data, create meaningful analysis, and share business insights. - Strong analytical skills. 

  •  An out-of-the-box mindset that does not hesitate to challenge the status quo.
