You will be a part of HPB’s Human Resources & Organisation Development (HROD) Division which is responsible for attracting, engaging, developing and retaining our people. We also drive the achievement of HPB’s mission by enhancing the overall effectiveness our people systems.
[What you will be working on]
What You Can Expect
Reporting to the Director (Human Resources & Organisational Development), you will develop the Board as a people excellence organisation and value-add to the Board’s vision to be at the forefront of shaping healthier lives. The scope of work will include:-
- Leadership Development Initiatives: Translate learnings from the Board’s Leadership Development Taskforce, which includes designing and developing leadership development programmes and initiatives for identified areas of leadership capability building e.g. stakeholder management, negotiation, and partnership engagement at workstream and Board level.
- Capability building in emerging priority areas: Lead the complete lifecycle of new training programme development including sourcing, design, piloting and refinement, while partnering with domain leaders to create integrated content and curate use cases for Board-wide knowledge sharing and organisational culture building.
- Competency-Driven Growth/ Functional Competencies: Lead the content development of competency-driven growth success stories based on officer archetypes, and create a comprehensive library of functional competency use cases, covering key employee lifecycle stages such as recruitment, development and career advancement.
[What we are looking for]
Be Part of the Team
Join us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 8 years of experience in managing key HR functions especially Learning & Development, Leadership & Talent Development, Organisational Development, and enjoys working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment. You should also possess:
- Relevant qualification in Human Resource, Business Administration or related discipline
- Strong system thinking and motivated strategic thinker who possesses strong influencing and problem-solving skills, operational, project and process management skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, building credibility through consultative skills, collaboration, and effectively challenging the status quo
- Experience in partnering with line business stakeholders to co-develop and deliver talent and learning & development solutions at both the Board and departmental level
- Comprehensive knowledge of and demonstrated ability to apply instructional design, training models and learning technologies, change management practices, and adult learning approaches
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate in a matrix organisation. Strong delivery and facilitation skills with audience at all levels
- Possess an integrative and continuous improvement mindset
