HR Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive services to employees in the organization, in terms of their employment, during the employment relationship and termination.

 

Key tasks

  • 1. preparation of documents for employees: employment contracts, agreements, annexes, terminations
    2. handling employee inquiries in the ask HR system
    3. management of employee benefits: medical care, sports card, life insurance
    4. controlling sick leave - collecting required statements and applications    
    5. preparation of documents in the Płatnik program
    6. preparation of monthly reports, audits for external and internal purposes, monitoring and reporting of HR indicators
    7. cooperation with control bodies and external institutions - ZUS, bailiffs, PIP
    8. assistance in preparation of HR documents for external company calculating salaries
    9. operation of internal HR systems - entering and updating data
    10. maintening and updating of personnel files
    11. preparation of certificates for employees

About you

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position

  • Knowledge of English min. B1/B2

  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel

  • Practical knowledge of labor law

  • Practical knowledge of issues related to Social Security

  • Knowledge of PPK accounting principles

  • Ability to think analytically

  • Independence and good organization of working time

  • Availability

  • Knowledge of Teta and Workday is an adventage
