The expected salary for this position: 7100 - 9000 PLN

We are looking for you, if you:

  • have working experience (min. 1 year) in a Shared Services environment, preferably with HC data management processes (maintenance of the employee’s lifecycle),

  • have experience in HR technology & processes with strong focus on data management,

  • have experience in cooperation and building positive relationships with external/internal business partners,

  • have experience in transition activities: preparation/review of documentation, process & tools setup,

  • have excellent communication skills and readiness to learn and collaborate,

  • have strong people & client orientation,

  • are accurate, structured and have strong attention to detail,

  • have ability to work in an international and multicultural environment,

  • have very good English written and verbal,

  • have University degree (or equivalent),

  • have knowledge of Polish labor law and proven experience in this area,

  • are comfortable with multitasking and working under time pressure,

  • are confident in handling real-time communication via chat and providing clear, helpful responses.

You'll get extra points for:

  • proficient in the use of Microsoft Office,

  • experience in working with Workday, ServiceNow,

  • ambition to be part of setting up ING’s global shared People Services Centre,

  • experience with expertise of quality management and risk,

  • problem solving & decision making skills,

  • curious to continuously improve in an agile way.

Your responsibilities

  • take care of administration around ING colleagues that join, leave or change jobs,

  • maintain employee data,

  • create contracts,

  • handle employee inquiries and cooperate with Managers,

  • respond to employee questions during chat conversations in a timely and professional manner,

  • maintain the knowledge base for employees, managers and other HR,

  • assist in implementing policies, procedures or systems,

  • empty the document inbox and process incoming documentation – this requires a minimum of 3 days working from the office,

  • perform multitasking and manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.

Information about the squad:
You will be joining a small, collaborative team working in an agile environment.
Our team brings together two areas: the Contact Center, which provides real‑time support to employees via chat, and the HCM group, responsible for processing HR transactions and ensuring high‑quality data in Workday. We operate as one team: sharing knowledge, supporting each other, and working together to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience. We focus on transparency, continuous improvement, and a people‑oriented approach in everything we do.
