We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time temporary HR Service Centre Representative to join our People team in Langley, BC.

This temporary position is expected to last 12-18 months.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Service Centre, you will be responsible for answering phone and e-mail inquiries and will work closely with stakeholders to provide internal customers and team members with timely and accurate responses, as well as assist various teams within the People department with administrative support.


You will be responsible for:

  • Responding to, tracking, and following through on basic team member inquiries and triaging complex matters to the appropriate partners as required.
  • Maintaining accurate digital records of calls and emails received.
  • Supporting and guiding team members with the use and operation of our HR management system and new People programs.
  • Providing administrative support to various teams within the People department, including Payroll, Pension & Benefits, HR Operations, and Claims.
  • Processing data and metric report requests.
  • Performing other duties as required.

You have:

  • 2 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative capacity.
  • A post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
  • The ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
  • Experience with Service Now, Workday, and intake management systems are considered assets.

Compensation Details:

$44,466.00 - $55,583.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
