Job Description Summary :

Ensure the smooth running of all HR & GA functions to achieve the set targets through planning, coordination, monitoring and necessary follow-up efforts.


Job Description :

  • Responsible for the effective and integrated implementation of personnel, industrial relations, security, safety management, and general affairs functions, ensuring human resource development, a conducive work environment, and the security of company assets while maintaining operational costs.

  • Responsible for implementing employee recruitment according to company needs.

  • Responsible for implementing employee training and development according to established plans.

  • Coordinate the effective and objective implementation of the Performance Management process, including Performance Planning, Performance Coaching, and Performance Reviews.

  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of general services and the maintenance of company assets effectively and efficiently.

  • Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the implementation of general services and administrative services related to the environment, facilities, and employee work needs to support the smooth running of employee work activities.

  • Maintain harmonious industrial relations, including fostering relationships with the Indonesian Workers Union (SPSI), the Manpower Office (Disnaker), and other relevant parties, and addressing any industrial relations issues that arise.

  • Responsible for the implementation of company security, including establishing security system evaluations and improving the capabilities/competencies of security personnel.

  • Responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, and development of an employee occupational health and safety system that adheres to applicable industry standards.

  • Responsible for the implementation of discipline and the development of subordinate competencies.

  • Coordinate the HR & GA team to achieve their respective KPIs.

  • Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all work equipment and cleanliness in the workplace.

  • Responsible for maintaining and ensuring that company regulations and obligations are implemented conscientiously, in line with employee rights.

  • Maintain and ensure that work discipline is implemented conscientiously.

  • Report any issues related to the Food/Feed Safety Management System (if any) to the Food/Feed Safety Coordinator.

Job Requirement :

  • Min Bachelor Degree in Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent

  • Having min 5 years of working experience as HR Section Head from Refinery Palm Oil or Palm Oil Plantations

  • Good Communications and Analytical Thinking

  • Good knowledge about Industrial Relations

  • Fluent in English

  • Preferable candidate from Local Kalimantan

  • Willing to be located in Bagendang Refinery (Central Kalimantan - near Sampit)
