About the Role

Purpose of Role

To build outstanding partnership with Talent Managers and provide first class service to candidates The person in this role will be dedicated to lead end to end Interview scheduling activities.

Top Accountabilities

  • Work closely with Candidates, Line Managers and Talent Managers on recruiting queries

  • Builds great partnership with Talent Managers

  • Leads end to end interview scheduling, rescheduling, prioritizes assessment centers

  • Produces ad-hoc reports related to Recruitment

  • Active ambassador for the HR model in the business, mentoring employees and managers through their People Processes, on the use of self-service, about Compliance requirements

About You

Experience required/Skills/capabilities/Languages

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Proficiency in English

  • 0-1 year proven experience

  • Good communication and logical skills

  • Experience in HR and/or Shared Service Environment is an advantage (Workday, Service Now or Cloud Technology experience all highly valued)
