The Edwards University Relations Team is looking for an HR Representative to support our world-class University Programs. This role will be vital in helping execute recruiting efforts, events, and other activities carried out by the UR team.

How you'll contribute:
Provide comprehensive administrative support for university-focused program management tasks using HR systems such as Workday, Yello, SharePoint, Handshake, Airtable, and Asana.
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including kick-offs, onboarding/offboarding sessions, team buildings, graduations, networking events, learning activities, and large-scale recruiting events.
Manage calendar and email account for University Relations and Development Programs, ensuring timely communication and scheduling.
Coordinate logistics for travel and accommodations for recruiting events and campus interviews.
Maintain and update candidate communications, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Support light recruitment activities including requisition management, interview scheduling, and resume screening.
Create and maintain the annual campus recruitment and university events calendar.
Manage the pipeline of BS, MS, PhD, and MBA talent for rotational and direct hire programs in collaboration with University Relations team members.
Document and manage University Program processes, SOPs, and metrics; create surveys to monitor stakeholder and employee experience and present findings.
Oversee the end-to-end internship exit process and manage onboarding experiences for interns, co-ops, and development program new hires.
Coordinate and maintain inventory of giveaways, branding materials, and welcome gifts for interns and new graduates.
Plan and manage special projects and events, both on-site and off-site, for University Relations programs.
Submit and track new hire requests, including facilities setup for Development Program participants.
Create and manage immersive programs such as the Summer Immersion Program for interns and new graduates.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of previous related Human Resources experience
What else we look for (Preferred):
Prior exposure to recruiting or onboarding
Prior experience coordinating events (corporate, university, etc.)
Experience with college organizations, internships, co-ops or other university related programs
Leadership experience through a student organization or previous work experience
Strict attention to detail, good problem solving skills, self motivated and able to see projects from start to finish
Skilled in MS Office Suite, HRIS, ATS, and expense/travel systems
Experience/interest in working in the Medical Device field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Excellent time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects within a strict timeline

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $52,000 to $73,000 (highly experienced).
