Job Summary
The Human Resources Reporting Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and delivering accurate HR data and reports that support operational decision-making and strategic workforce planning. This role ensures the integrity of HR data across systems, develops standardized and ad-hoc reports, and collaborates with HR teams, Finance, and leadership to provide meaningful insights into workforce trends.
Key Responsibilities
HR Data Management
- Maintain and monitor the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR data across HRIS and related systems.
- Perform regular audits and data validation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee data updates, imports, and system corrections where required.
Reporting and Analytics
- Produce regular HR reports including headcount, turnover, absence, diversity metrics, recruitment statistics, and workforce trends.
- Develop automated reports to support HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and data analysis requests from HR, Finance, and senior management.
- Generate reports as and when required for European reporting and to the parent company
- Provide reports to external agencies such as HMRC and Government bodies
System Administration
- Support HR reporting functionality within the HR Information System (HRIS) Workday.
- Work with HRIS teams globally within the group to troubleshoot data or reporting issues.
Data Governance and Compliance
- Ensure HR reporting aligns with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Maintain documentation for reporting processes and data definitions.
- Support internal and external audits relating to HR data.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure consistent reporting.
- Provide guidance to HR colleagues on report interpretation and data usage.
- Translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- Experience working with HR data or HR reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience with HRIS systems. A working knowledge of Workday would be an distinct advantage
- Strong data validation and reporting skills
Desirable
- Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, or similar)
- Knowledge of HR metrics and workforce analytics
- Understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
