About the role

As HR Project Manager you:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale HR programs and transformation initiatives with significant organizational impact.

  • Develop and manage integrated project plans covering scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and timelines.

  • Establish and run effective governance structures, including steering committees, decision forums, and reporting cadence.

  • Coordinate complex organizational and operating model changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to HR services.

  • Act as the central point of coordination across HR and cross-functional partners (IT, Facilities, Finance, Communications).

  • Drive stakeholder alignment through structured workshops, progress reviews, and proactive dependency management.

  • Design and execute change, communication, and enablement plans to support adoption and readiness.

  • Track outcomes, manage go-live and hypercare phases, and capture lessons learned to improve HR project delivery.

What you will need

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a comparable field.

  • 7+ years of experience in project or program management also within the HR domain.

  • Experience working in global or multi-country environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority.

  • Project management certification, like for example PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile.

  • Fluent in English, Hungarian is a pre.

  • Last but not least, you are a real team player with excellent communication skills.
