Overview and Responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Planning Control and Payrroll Mexico to join our Human Resources team in Tetla, Tlaxcala. The occupant will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution of the weekly, biweekly and monthly payroll processes, as well as compliance with the derived legal obligations. In addition, it must administer personnel services, manage labor movements, ensure the application of internal policies and rules as well as guarantee the correct calculation of labor costs within the annual MP process.

Required knowledge

  • Labor laws (STPS, INFONAVIT, AFORE, FONACOT)
  • Payroll and tax calculation (ISR) processes
  • Handling Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits policies
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, TL 9000 and safety programs

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate and validate weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll calculations
  • Manage personnel movements (additions, terminations, modifications)
  • Calculate IMSS contributions, INFONAVIT and AFORES contributions
  • Manage savings fund payments, utilities and bonds
  • Provide information for tax returns
  • Control files and contracting documents
  • Participate in safety, health, and environmental programs
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations on payroll, IMSS, SAT, SOX issues
  • Perform the annual calculation in the PM process for labor cost, overtime, HC, etc.

Profile sought (education, experience, skills)

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Relations or technical career
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in personnel administration and payroll
