We are seeking a HR professional who is innovative, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. You will be part of the Employee Life Cycle team, across functional, cross geographic HR Team that partner to deliver customer-focused and quality driven solutions while striving for operational efficiency and consistency.
This role is responsible for conducting HR processes like onboarding, data management, and compliance, while also advising on service enhancements. The role manages employee records, collaborates on process improvements, maintains control standards, and aids in HR education and training. The role focuses on enhancing the employee experience, supports projects and provides expert HR guidance, contributing to seamless HR operations and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
Assists on HR aspects from employee's hire to retirement with HR operational excellence via automation, simplification, and continuous process improvement.
Provides support and processes HR activities.
Leverages country best practices in view of standardizing process globally.
Maintains close collaboration with other stakeholders to ensure the employees are experiencing a HR synchronized organization.
Supports daily HR System transactions ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Identifies opportunities to improve existing processes and/or implements new ones.
Ensures exceptional service by promptly and accurately responding to questions by employees via HR platform.
Serves as a consultant to departments outside of the shared services program to help streamline and improve HR processes and procedures and to provide training on best practices.
Education & Experience Recommended
Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related discipline
0-2 years related experience in Human Resources or customer service.
Fluent Spanish and English skills and advanced skills in other languages.
