HR Payroll Specialist with French

Currently, we are looking for HR & Payroll Specialist with French

Job location: Hybrid from Wroclaw

Key responsibilities

  • Recording HR data in the HR system. Depending on the target team, this may be data related to employment, transfers, termination of employment, changes to contracts, leaves, etc.

  • Preparing HR documentation, such as employment contracts, employment certificates and ad hoc reference letters. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all documents generated.

  • Provide HR support by responding to HR inquiries and issues via the ticketing system

  • Ensuring all documentation and applications comply with company policies and legal requirements. Maintaining high standards of compliance and confidentiality in the processing of employee information.

  • Actively contributing to the improvement of procedures and processes to increase customer satisfaction, increase efficiency and achieve organizational goals. Participating in projects related to the implementation of process changes

 

Qualifications

  • French at least intermediate level

  • Basic Excel skills

  • HR experience is a plus

  • Minimal analytical and mathematical skills

  • Adherence to deadlines in daily work, meticulousness, accuracy

  • Ability to organize workday independently and work remotely 100% by default

  • Frequently working under time pressure

  • Full understanding of specific rules for working with external, French clients, flexibility

  • Willingness to work overtime during payroll closings
