Summary:

The HR Partner will support the execution of people strategies aligned to the operational goals of the Caseyville facility. This role partners closely with site leadership, People Operations, and Centers of Excellence to help create a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment. The HR Partner will provide hands-on support to leaders by applying HR best practices, leveraging data and addressing day-to-day workforce needs. This position focuses on strengthening team member engagement, retention, and development while supporting operational effectiveness and business results. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.


Responsibilities Include:
- Provide input and implement HR strategy to drive the organization’s vision.

- Assist in the development and implementation of plans and programs to ensure the most effective utilization of HR Influence team member behavior to promote key safety and HR principles.

- Identify and correct risk generating patterns in EEO and AA using available resources. Conduct workplace investigations to resolve conflict and performance issues within the facility.

- Champion EID initiatives

- Build team member networks that promote feedback to be used in corrective scenarios where adverse business conditions exist - Effectively identify patterns of behavior which may lead to team member dissatisfaction and focus on strategy to eliminate

-Provide coaching to support leadership development and decision making to drive performance productivity

- Partner closely with COE and People Operations on the design and implementation of HR Programs at the facility.

- Work with leaders to determine workforce strategy and partner with COEs and People Operations for execution 

- Play an active role in the evaluation of talent and development. Ensure leaders are following best practices with performance management and talent acquisition in accordance with Tyson policies and procedures. 
- Implement programs that are innovative and keep the workforce ready for the future while successfully addressing business needs
- Support talent enablement process improvements by identifying and communicating opportunities and providing input to potential solutions
 

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Equivalent work experience to be considered in lieu of higher education.
- Experience: 3+ years relevant work experience
- Computer Skills: Standard computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Communication Skills: This position is expected to communicate recommendations and influence across a broad range of team members. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required. Team member must be able to adapt their communication style for all levels within the organization.
- Special Skills: Significant knowledge in HR strategy execution and ability to implement at various levels of the organization; Ability to drive improvement and integration of processes, technology, and people through workforce shaping; Strong analytical skills to drive efficiencies; Maintaining a high level of confidentiality

- Travel: 10% travel

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.; subject to change based on business needs.

$84,000.00 - $142,000.00

Any listed amounts represent the base pay range. Additional compensation may be available for this position based on various factors such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses. Pay is just one part of Tyson’s total compensation package.
