Role overview:

We are seeking a HR Operations Support Partner (Contingent Workforce) to join our People Services team in our new shared capability centre (HSCC) based in Cluj-Napoca integrating into our broader, Global Operating Model.


The HR Operations Support Partner (Contingent Workforce) will be an integral part of the Group HR Operations team, supporting the implementation of a new contingent worker solution and subsequently ensuring its seamless integration into BAU operations.


This role will be an integral part of Group HR Operations, focusing on the effective processing of contingent workers and ensuring compliance with organisational and legal requirements.


Collaborating closely with the Contingent Workforce Support Manager, this role involves providing support, addressing queries, and contributing to the overall success of contingent worker management processes.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Contingent Worker Support Manager and broader Group HR Operations stakeholders in implementing a new contingent worker solution. Contribute to project planning, testing, and rollout activities.
  • Work closely with Knowledge & Effectiveness to develop and maintain user documentation for the contingent worker solution.
  • Support broader Group HR Operations counterparts, and other parts of the business, to ensure the successful end-to-end implementation of the new service solution.
  • Facilitate end-to-end processing of contingent workers, including onboarding, offboarding, and status changes.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of contingent worker documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and organisational compliance requirements in contingent worker processes.
  • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, addressing queries and providing assistance related to contingent worker processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within contingent worker support operations while ensuring compliance.

Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in contingent worker support, HR operations, or related roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contingent workers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with technology platforms for contingent worker management.
  • Experience in project-based work and transitioning to BAU support.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong English communication abilities, both oral and written
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of stakeholders and customers. Ensures that decisions and actions have a positive, lasting impact by delivering solutions that exceed expectations, building trust, and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams across various departments, fostering an environment of open communication and shared goals to achieve collective success.
