About the Role
Reporting into the Director, Functional HR, the HR Administrator would be responsible for HR data entry and document management, ensuring accuracy in employee records within Workday. Familiarity and exposure to process improvements would be considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing employee paperwork – Reviewing new hire packages, employee changes, and termination documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintaining HR data – Accurately entering employee information into our HRIS system and keeping personnel records organized and secure.
- Drafting HR communications – Creating letters, memos, policies, procedures, and reports as needed.
- Supporting HR projects – Assisting with audits, reports, and process improvements.
- Managing inquiries – Responding to HR-related questions via email and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Distribute various reports to the business.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources.
- 2+ years of HR data entry experience (Workday knowledge would be an asset)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- The ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
