As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be a pivotal member of the MIH HR team, instrumental in delivering an exceptional Employee Value Equation (EVE) and supporting our business priorities. This role serves as a trusted HR operations partner, ensuring robust HR data governance, providing responsive employee support, and fostering strong coordination across HR and site stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end HR operational processes, including Organization Data Expert (ODE) and Local HR Data Coordinator (LHRDC) activities, employee verification requests, and organizational enrollment.
Data Governance & Reporting: Own HR data accuracy for MIH, managing ODE/LHRDC tasks, audits, and resolving data issues promptly. Generate insightful HR reports and analytics, translating data into actionable recommendations for leaders.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR Business Partners and functional teams to support organizational changes (e.g., structures, reporting lines, position data).
Project Coordination: Coordinate and drive HR and site projects from initiation to completion, managing scope, timelines, risks, communications, and stakeholder alignment.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and standardize processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days:
You will have a comprehensive understanding of MIH HR operations workflows and key stakeholders, confidently managing ODE/LHRDC and verification processes.
You will contribute to improved data accuracy and turnaround time through disciplined tracking, documentation, and proactive issue resolution.
You will deliver at least one actionable HR insight/report and contribute meaningfully to a site or HR project milestone.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to partner effectively with employees, HRBPs, and business leaders.
Proven analytical capability with experience turning HR data into insights (advanced Excel; Power BI or similar tools are an advantage).
Workday experience preferred (or strong ability to learn HRIS quickly); experience in HR operations/data management is an advantage.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organization, documentation, and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Able to work independently and collaboratively; comfortable driving projects, following up on actions, and communicating progress.
