What you’ll achieve
As the HR Generalist during a maternity cover (+6 months), you will support and develop HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, contribute to regional recruitment efforts, and assist in driving strategic HR initiatives, making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
Support and monitor HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee data updates, and compensation & benefits, in cooperation with our international shared service centre
Coordinate recruitment efforts and conduct interviews for roles within the NCE (North Central Europe) region, providing hiring recommendations to managers
Collaborate with the regional marketing team on employer branding initiatives
Assist the Head of HR Benelux & Nordics in implementing HR strategies and organizational solutions
Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and practices
Identify and implement continuous improvements to streamline HR processes and increase efficiency
Maintain and track HR data and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations

Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in a generalist HR role or a related HR position
Strong knowledge of Danish labor laws
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic international environment
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Fluent in Danish and English
Desirable Requirements
Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
Familiarity with recruitment and employer branding best practices
Analytical mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience working with regional or global HR teams
