About the role:
This is a critical, hands-on role where you serve as the site-level expert for all operational HR execution at the plant. You will ensure our daily HR functions meet legal and policy standards. A key part of your role is supervising and developing a small team of three HR professionals, ensuring they give their best. You report to the HRBP Director and work closely with the Local Plant Director.
