The pay range is $71,000.00 - $128,000.00

As an HR Manager, you’ll take the lead as you... 

  • Lead performance management strategy and practices across the Commercial organization. 

  • Coach and advise leaders on managing team performance; design and deliver training programs to build leadership capability. 

  • Exercise sound judgment in determining when and how to share information in the best interests of team members and the business. 

  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize insights from diverse sources; communicate findings and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal formats. 

  • Draft, review, and edit sensitive documents with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism. 

  • Partner with business leaders to align and integrate talent strategies withorganizational goals. 

  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and drive continuous improvements across workstreams. 

  • Support employee experience and partner on employee relations matters in collaboration with business leaders and key stakeholders.

About You: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 

  • 3–7 years of experience in business or human resources. 

  • Exceptional collaboration, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; adept at engaging and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels. 

  • Demonstrated thought leadership, critical thinking, business acumen, andintellectual curiosity. 

  • Proven ability to consult with the business, assess risk, and provide sound recommendations. 

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the initiative to drive meaningful results. 

  • Resilient self-starter with the ability to manage conflict constructively andmake balanced decisions. 

  • Models Target’s values and behaviors, demonstrating learning agility anda strong guest-centric mindset. 

 

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
