Internship Role: HR Analytics & Transformation
Organization: Kraft Heinz GCC India (Ahmedabad)
Campus Target: Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies – MBA (Analytics & Transformation)
Duration: 3 Months Internship
Function: Human Resources (Talent Acquisition / HR Strategy)
Role Overview
The HR Analytics & Transformation Intern will support data-driven decision-making across Talent Acquisition and HR operations. The role focuses on building dashboards, analyzing hiring metrics, identifying process gaps, and driving transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, process improvement, and strategic HR problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze hiring funnel metrics (offer vs join %, ageing, dropouts, TAT)
* Build and maintain HR dashboards (Excel / Power BI preferred)
* Identify risk patterns & suggest corrective interventions
* Support automation initiatives in TA processes
* Assist in campus hiring data analysis & reporting
* Work on HR transformation projects (process redesign, workflow optimization)
* Create structured reports & stakeholder presentations
Skills Required
* Strong Excel (Pivot, XLOOKUP, basic formulas)
* Basic Power BI knowledge preferred
* Analytical & structured thinking
* Problem-solving mindset
* Good communication & stakeholder management
* Comfort working with data & numbers
