Job Responsibilities
Employee Documentation Management: Managing and organizing physical and digital employee files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policy.
Onboarding & Offboarding Support: Assisting with the administrative tasks required for new hires (e.g., preparing welcome kits, organizing documentation) and supporting the exit process for departing employees.
Internal Communications: Assisting in the preparation of internal announcements, organizational charts, and HR newsletters.
Policy Compliance: Supporting the team in monitoring compliance with internal regulations and labor laws.
HR Systems Maintenance: Updating employee information within our HR management systems and ensuring data integrity.
Ad-hoc HR Projects: Participating in various HR initiatives, such as employer branding, training coordination, or employee engagement events.
Qualifications
Education: Current student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, high attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
Languages: Advanced level of English (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
