About the Programme
Our HR Graduate Programme is designed to develop future HR professionals through hands-on experience, structured learning, and rotational assignments across core areas of the HR function.
Over two years, you will gain exposure to Learning & Development (initial primary placement), HR Operations, Rewards, and Talent Acquisition—building broad HR capability and deep functional understanding within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This programme is ideal for graduates who are solution-focused, commercially aware, and eager to grow within a progressive organisation.
Role Overview
As an HR Graduate, you will play an active role in delivering HR services and solutions that support our people strategy. You will participate in meaningful work from day one—contributing to learning programmes, operations processes, reward initiatives, talent acquisition activities, and broader HR projects.
Your rotation will include:
Rotational Responsibilities
Your first rotation will focus on supporting organisational learning initiatives. Activities may include:
· Coordinating training programmes and development workshops
· Supporting onboarding and induction processes
· Assisting with learning needs analysis and skills mapping
· Managing LMS (Learning Management System) queries, enrolments, and reporting
· Partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver development events
· Evaluating programme effectiveness and compiling insights
You will gain hands-on experience in core HR processes that keep the employee lifecycle running smoothly:
· Supporting HR administration across onboarding, contracts, and employee changes
· Ensuring HRIS data accuracy and maintaining employee records
· Supporting policy updates, audits, and compliance activities
· Responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner
· Assisting with cyclical HR activities such as annual reviews and engagement surveys
This rotation will build understanding of how competitive reward strategies support talent attraction and retention:
· Assisting in benefits administration and employee communications
· Supporting salary review and benchmarking exercises
· Helping analyse rewards data and preparing reporting for HR leadership
· Contributing to benefits renewals and vendor coordination
· Supporting recognition programme activities
Throughout the programme, you will spend time with the TA team and support key recruitment activities:
· Assisting with job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
· Supporting employer branding initiatives
· Engaging with candidates and ensuring a positive experience
· Helping prepare selection materials and assessment documentation
· Participating in graduate and early-career recruitment campaigns
What You’ll Need to Succeed
· Minimum 2.1 bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline
· Strong communication skills—written and verbal
· Interest in building a career within HR
· Collaborative mindset and ability to build positive relationships
· Strong problem-solving and commercial thinking
· Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Curiosity, drive, and a willingness to learn

Delivers the essential HR processes that support employees throughout the lifecycle—contracts, HR systems, compliance, data management, and HR service delivery.
Rewards & Benefits (Compensation & Benefits)
Designs and manages pay structures, benefits, recognition programmes, and reward strategies that support retention and motivation.
Maintains HR technology platforms, ensures data integrity, supports process automation, and enables reporting & analytics.
Attracts, assesses, and hires great talent while managing employer brand and delivering a strong candidate experience.

The company’s main divisions encompass everything from International Sales through Sales to NGO’s and Charities, Clinical Trials Supply, Imported (Unlicensed Medicines), Sexual Health Supplies, and the storage and distribution of medical products and devices for third parties.
