Job Summary:
This role is responsible for managing a team of 7 individual contributors to ensures compliant, superior global services, focusing on benefits, mobility, and employee support. The role upholds KPIs, embodies core values, supports HR's strategic role, and enhances employee experiences through myHR services. The role coaches managers and employees, communicates projects and provides people care management, fostering team growth within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provides direct and ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors and/or supervisors designing and developing new HR processes, enhancements, updates, and coordinating projects.
• Advises local HR and business stakeholders (i.e. managers and employees) on local legislations, Workday, and HR processes.
• Reviews organizational HR processes and policies and ensures these are compliant with the local legislations.
• Manages the global services team to ensure a superior employee services cycle with a breadth of global services that include benefits, retirement, workforce mobility, employee support, and executive services through HR contact centers and advanced self-service tools.
• Ensures all organizational KPIs are met including flawless support without excursions, resolving tickets, customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Exemplifies organization’s core values, supports the advancement of human resources as a value driver for organization's future.
• Improves employees' experience and customer satisfaction through myHR services.
• Provides coaching and guidance to HR managers and employees to use myHR services and HR processes.
• Communicates project status and escalates issues to direct managers, program managers, and internal and external development partners.
• Provides people care management for assigned team members, including hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in customer service, or a related field.
Knowledge & Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and experience in change management and process improvements
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Excel, knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage
