Role Summary

  • As an HR Executive, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, accurate payroll, and meaningful support for employees. This role gives you the opportunity to grow your expertise in HR processes, compliance, and employee engagement while being the go‑to person for HR matters in the Manila office.

What You’ll Do

  • Payroll Excellence: Coordinate payroll with external vendors, ensuring accurate and timely payments while learning to navigate statutory compliance.
  • HR Operations: Partner with the HR Specialist in Thailand to manage employment conditions, probation, confirmations, and terminations in line with best practices.
  • Data & Insights: Compile and analyze HR data to prepare monthly management reports, providing insights that support decision‑making.
  • Employee Support: Act as the local HR contact for Manila employees, offering guidance and assistance across HR matters.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, including payroll processing and knowledge of labor law.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; Workday experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and creative problem‑solving ability.
  • Independent, organized, and collaborative team player.
  • High commitment and responsibility, with a willingness to go the extra mile.

Note: This role will be parked under third‑party payroll.
