We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Commercial & Infrastructure Flow Team in Golden Valley, MN. You will serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the Business Unit President and leadership team. This role leads all HR functions for the business unit, driving transformation towards a commercially enabled, high-growth organization. The HRBP will champion Pentair’s Win-Right Values and embody leadership philosophies in fostering a culture of teamwork, integrity, accountability, and high performance.  

You will:

  • Partner with the President and leadership team to define and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and Win-Right Values.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management to support growth and operational excellence.

  • Serve as a change agent, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Oversee HR policies, labor relations, and compliance across multiple geographies.

Key Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field: Master’s preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including global exposure and manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading HR transformation, building high-performing teams and driving cultural change.
  • Models honesty, transparency, and principled decision-making, setting the standard for ethical behavior and building trust across organizations.
  • Demonstrated humility, empathy, and genuine commitment to supporting all the teams and people from manufacturing operations and the shop floor to our front-line, customer-facing sales associates.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $149000 - $276700 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus and/or long-term incentives.
