Your role with us:
You will be the architect of the insights that empower our CEO and Executive teams to make high-impact, people-first decisions. By elevating our data quality and streamlining collection processes across both our Australian and international offices, you’ll bridge the gap between local operations and global strategy. Your work will ensure that every People & Culture initiative from the boardroom to our regional teams is backed by accurate, timely and actionable evidence, moving the organization from "gut feel" to truly insight-led leadership.

What you will do:

  • Deliver monthly metrics and strategic insights to the P&C team, Executive Leadership and the CEO.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and alignment with global governance and data integrity standards.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for business leaders.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and deep-dive workforce insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify lifecycle trends and risks to optimize people processes and operational ways of working.
  • Design and maintain intuitive Workday dashboards and visualization tools for all levels of Easygo.
  • Partner with HR Systems and Operations to ensure high-quality data capture and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Scale analytics foundations to international teams while exploring responsible AI and building data literacy.

What you will bring:

  •  Background in HR, People & Culture, or related business support functions
  • Experience delivering people metrics, dashboards and insights to stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Experience working with HR systems and people data (Workday experience highly regarded)
  • Comfortable working with dashboards, reports and ad hoc analysis
  • Exposure to Excel with ambition to further develop 

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Background in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or a related field
  • Exposure to systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or equivalent.
  • Awareness of data security, privacy and governance principles
  • Interest in AI and digital enablement, particularly in a People & Culture context
