The PITCH

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in the "high-stakes" phase of the agency lifecycle: the win.

This is not a traditional delivery role. You will sit at the intersection of Operations and Commercial Strategy, acting as the dedicated partner to our Senior Director, New Business. Your mission is to understand VaynerX products in order to architect the budgets, staff plans, and operational frameworks rooted in VaynerX philosophy that turn ambitious APAC pitches into profitable realities. You aren't just managing a timeline; you are engineering the commercial viability of our biggest bets.

Here’s where you come in.

You are a commercially-minded operator who understands that a great pitch deck is only as good as the math behind it. You possess a "Producer Mindset" that allows you to look at a client objective and  translate it into a ways of working, staff and resource plan, and budget. You are as comfortable defending a margin to a FinOps Lead as you are presenting a "Ways of Working" slide to a C-Suite client stakeholder.

Commercial & Proposal Architecture

  • Direct Partner to New Business: Serve as the operational "right hand" to the Senior Director, New Business, translating pitch strategies into actionable scopes of work.
  • Budget Engineering: Develop complex, high-value budgets and staff plans (ranging from $100K to $3M+) that ensure market-fit while protecting agency margins.
  • Deck Strategy: Lead the development of the "Operations & Commercial" sections of pitch decks, articulating our "Hybrid Creator" models and SMA Excellence frameworks to potential clients.
  • End-to-End Pitch Orchestration: Act as the lead Project Manager for the pitch itself; creating the internal project plan, setting milestones for the deck and relevant deliverables, and ensuring the cross-functional team (Creative, Strategy, Media) stays on track to hit high-stakes submission deadlines.
  • Fiscal Discipline: Partner with FinOps to vet all new business pricing, ensuring every proposal is profitable, scalable, and risk-adjusted.

Senior Stakeholder Navigation

  • Facilitation of Approvals: Act as the central nervous system for senior stakeholder reviews. You own the process of getting Creative, Strategy, and Client Partnerships, Media leads to sign off on scopes before they hit the client's desk.
  • Shepherding the Team: You are the "ultimate closer." You guide the cross-functional pitch team through the entirety of the proposal process, ensuring all deliverables are polished, approved, and strategically aligned.
  • Negotiation: Act as a point of contact during the procurement phase, balancing client needs with agency health.

New Client Strategy & Onboarding

  • First 100 Days: Support the operational Onboarding Foundations for awarded business, ensuring a seamless transition from the pitch team to the permanent delivery team.
  • Market-First Scoping: Ensure APAC-wide regional goals (Creative & Production Excellence, Talent, Process) are baked into every new proposal from day one.
  • Discovery Leadership: Lead the technical discovery phase with new clients to uncover hidden requirements that impact staffing and pricing.

Your Experience

  • 8+ years in an agency environment, with a heavy focus on Integrated Scoping, Business Development, or Creative Operations.
  • Commercially Savvy: You have a deep understanding of agency math (FTEs, utilization rates, overhead, OOP)
  • The "Producer Mindset": Proven ability to solve complex problems under the pressure of tight pitch deadlines.
  • APAC Fluency: Experience navigating the diverse commercial landscapes of the APAC region (e.g., varying labor costs and platform behaviors in the Philippines vs. Singapore).
  • High-Level Influence: A track record of working directly with SVPs and C-Suite executives to gain consensus on complex budgets.
